This wonderfully thick soft Love Generation meditation mat supports ankles and legs and is the ideal base for a warm, comfortable and relaxing meditation.

The zabuton is filled with the fluffy seeds of the cotton plant layered at right angles. This gives a resilient padding. The inner cover is folded over, sewn and studded, to keep the filling stay in place. The outer cover has a solid zipper to remove and wash it easily.
