This rectangular bolster by Love Generation is a lightweight, yoga bolster with a resilient filling of cotton fluff. The filling makes the bolster very lightweight and, with the handy handle, easy to use and move during your practice. The bolster is also both firm and soft and retains its shape well.
The filling is in an inner cover (with zipper) of unbleached cotton. The cotton outer cover has a hidden zipper along the entire length of the bolster so that it is easy to remove and wash.
Yoga bolsters are often used in Restorative Yoga, Yin, Pregnancy Yoga and Iyengar, but can be a valuable prop for any yoga style. They are very useful for postures related to meditation and rest.
