This traditional meditation cushion or zabuton is made from a heavy quality cotton/canvas.

This wonderfully thick soft Love Generation meditation mat supports ankles and legs and is the ideal base for a warm, comfortable and relaxing meditation.

This Love Generation meditation mat comes with a carry strap. You can use this strap to fold the mat to use it as bolster. The zabuton is filled with the fluffy seeds of the cotton plant layered at right angles. This gives a resilient padding. The inner cover is folded over, sewn and studded, to keep the filling stay in place. The outer cover has a solid zipper to remove and wash it easily.

The straps make it easy to fold, carry and store this meditation cushion.
